After 2 years as an Online Business Manager and dozens of launches, I noticed how I began rebelling against the rigidity of the form and structure of the traditional OBM services. While I am enormously grateful for that foundation as a building block, what I began to notice is just how ineffective blanket structures can be when we’re not taking the nuance of you and your business into account.

So I set out to develop my very own methodology, which I call Systems for Safety.     • Build out a simple Notion workspace

    • Set-up a splash page on Squarespace (if you have the copy + graphics ready to go).

    • I have specific tech experience with Circle, Kajabi, Squarespace, Dubsado, Teamwork, Trello, Notion, Monday, and Asana… so, if you have a tech specific question or are wondering what platforms may be best for you, we can go over this in our call.

  • I will review what you stated that you’d like support with in your pre-call questionnaire and will let you know if there is anything that I think we will need more time for.

    You will also have 2 weeks of followed-up support via email.

Systems for Safety is a one-month engagement to redefine how you work so that your business can function as a safe place for you and your team. Together, we will map out the containers for each need within your business based on The Hierarchy of Business Needs and define the systems within to set up the framework to build a customized dream workspace. The end result? A home base for your business that will allow you to work in a flowing, easeful, and joyful state where maximum impact is the inevitable byproduct of your work.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • 90-minute strategy call to audit how you’re currently working, map out your dream workspace and identify the systems you need to work from a place of safety, joy, and ease.

  • Systems for Safety framework, which includes:

    • a holistic overview of how the systems within your business will work together along with a grounded action plan to create your dream workspace

  • 30-minute follow-up meeting via Zoom to review and refine your custom Systems for Safety framework

  • 2 weeks of follow-up support via email

    • Specific launch plans

    Once we have the foundations set, I’d love to work on building any of these out with you though!

  • These systems + project management can be mapped out to be set-up in the platform of your choice. If you have one that is already working for you, fantastic! We will map out the framework on that platform. If you don’t have a set project management platform, then I will recommend the platform based on your questionnaire and our call.

    I have specific experience with Asana, Dubsado, Teamwork, Trello, Notion*, ClickUp, Monday, and Basecamp… but always love learning new ones too.

    *I do have a big soft-spot for Notion though, because I have found it to be the most functionally customizable platform that allows you to create the workspace of your dreams.

    • Week 1: We will meet for our strategy call on Zoom

    • Week 2: I will build out your custom Systems for Safety framework.

    • Week 3: We will meet on Zoom to review and refine your custom Systems for Safety framework.

    • Week 4: After we have finalized your custom Systems for Safety framework, you will have two weeks of continued email support from me for any questions you may have about your next steps.

  • If you’re someone who likes to DIY, you can hit the ground running, in the most supportive way to your nervous system that is, and build your dream workspace from your custom Systems for Safety framework and the action steps included.

    If you’re someone who would like continued support in building out your workspace, and/or managing it, then I would love to continue to work with you and will discuss how that could look once we have the framework set-up.

  • All my packages are a minimum 3-month commitment.

    When I sign on I am serious about working with you. I ask that you sign on with me for a minimum of 3 months. However, if you feel like I may not be the right fit for your business, you can cancel your agreement at any time within the first month of your retainer package.

    After that, my policy is 30 days notification of cancellation of services.
